Hi. My name is Tacy. I am a single mom to two beautiful kids. I love to read, write, play the flute, hike, exercise and be outside. I also have mental illness. I would love to be able to dispel some of the myths and shed light on the stigma attached to mental illness, and I hope others will join with me!
